Fusion Designs provides the expertise and knowledge of its technicians, as well as those with whom we collaborate, coupled with the support of specialized software such as Hydraw CAD and MDTools. This combination enables the swift and efficient design and fabrication of customized manifolds tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
Fusion Designs uses software specifically created for manifold design. This software, in conjunction with Solidworks, enables a three-dimensional view of the block, depicting all internal galleries and providing clarity for each circuit net during the design process. Features such as schematic cross-checks, internal wall thicknesses, and velocity checks are available, thanks to this specialized software.
Clients are provided with the design of the manifold. Although we don't manufacture manifolds, we work closely with manufacturers in Australia, Italy, and China who specialize in manifold manufacturing and are well-equipped.

Establishing the correct hydraulic schematic for the application is critical. At this stage, we determine which cartridges/cavities and ports will be used. Nets are then created depending on the application.
> 3d modeling >
Using the information exported from Hydraw, we can start selecting items and quickly make connections, thanks to the colored nets. Items are placed and moved until a practical design is achieved.
> Assembly of manifold and components >
If component models are available, we use them to confirm functionality and ensure there are no items interfering with each other. The assembly is also crucial for clients to integrate into their project assemblies.
